Capogreco Farms new cold storage facility is almost complete giving them the capability of storing an extra 700 ton across 2 new cool rooms.

A fully sealed receival and dispatch dock area is now present allowing the fruit to be directly taken from the new cold storage and onto the trucks whilst remaining cool.

The two cool rooms allow fruit to be stored at their optimum temperature to ensure the longest shelf life possible. This is especially important when harvesting Rockmelon and Honeydew melon simultaneously as their desired temperatures are very different.
